For anyone who is a fan of beautifully processed natural Sidamas, the Ardi from Madcap is a find. Wonderfully balanced between sweetness and the classic blueberry fruit profile, it's just a gorgeous example of the type.

Best,
David

Thank you. I assume you brewed espresso with it, right?

In my case, no. I did it in a CCD and an Eva Solo, and both were delicious. Can't speak for skittles_s.

Best,
David

Yes, the Sidama ARDI is a really nice coffee. Social Coffee here in Toronto has it in stock and it is really nice, very much the same as what's been described. I will say, the best way I've had it was cold brewed. The blueberry/berries smack you in the face with a nice sweetness and smooth finish.

It is delicious. At the shop they have been serving at as their SO espresso on and off throughout the past month or so, also delicious. More citrus-y (?) as an espresso. Love the versatility.

I got some good results using 19g coffee winding up with 30g in the cup, 28-31 seconds.
