I'd recommend Novo Coffee: http://www.novocoffee.com/

They provide some of the beans for Cafe Grumpy in NYC and the Heartbreaker Espresso Blend (roasted by Novo but available exclusively at Grumpy) is absolutely delicious. I believe they provide some of the SO's that Grumpy has as well.

I recommend Kaladi Brothers (http://www.kaladicoffee.com/) On Evans near University.

I was a loyal customer of Kaladi brothers when I lived near DU. If you're a little further north, Pablo's on E. 6th Ave. roasts their own as well.

I've visited the Novo roastery each time that I visit pals in Denver. Herb is a great guy who is passionate about what he does.

When you stop by, say hello for Chicago Joel, Fred's friend.
