List of our Favorite Roasters - Page 12

Postby DP on Sat Dec 24, 2011 10:27 am

Great thread. The info here leads me to roasters I would have never discovered otherwise. My fave found here so far is Redbird which I've added to my regular purchases. I have my 1st pull of Compass Delirium in my cup as I type. I need to experiment a bit before I form an opinion on this. I just ordered a couple of bags from Deep Cello.

If it hasn't already been mentioned, Cafe Aqui here in Tucson is my favorite local. I like their Yirg and Barrio Espresso. Find them on the web at cafeaqui.com.

Make sure to let some of the Delirium get out to 11-12 or even longer days rest before coming to any final conclusions! FWIW 9 to 10 days is my in shop earliest ideal target to hit the hopper.

Why don't roasters put rest on the bag along with the DTT* rec's?
