Hi guys,
I really like the Lavazza Gold:
https://www.amazon.com/Lavazza-Gold-Sel ... B000SDIO3E
It's smooth and chocolaty. However, when I order it from Amazon, it's manufacture date is about 2-3 months ago (!). So I am wondering:
1- Anyone know where I can find it fresher than that?
2- I know people talk about beans peaking 5-7 days or so after roasting. Does that rule of thumb not apply to beans packaged like this? It's hard for me to believe that if that was true that the beans taste as good as they do.
Thanks!
