Not bad so far. Very sour so looks like I'll be needing some advice. Using a VST 18g basket.

I assume you've used the recommended brew parameters on intelligentsia's site already?

Yes. Just made another shot and increased temperature slightly. Came out better for sure.

Maybe stick the coffee in the microwave for 30 seconds before grinding...
