Good tastebuds there. Mr. Espresso espresso blends are roasted so that adding a little sugar brings out the full flavor. Mr. Espresso himself (Carlo di Ruocco) tastes them with sugar.

I bought a bag of Colosseo from Café St-Henri and really like it.

I prefer the Italian style espresso too, and this one is a winner in my books.
