My usual places to get roasted coffee beans in Vancouver are Elysian, 49th Parallel and Revolver.

I was just in today at Revolver, and they had roasts by Tim Wendelboe. Bought the last bag of Hunkute (Dalle, Sidam, Ethiopia). Very enjoyable. Roast date was July 29, so ten days post roast (but it will be consumed pretty quick). The barista said they will be getting more (this Monday) but usually sell out in a day or two.

For those not familiar with Revolver, they feature beans by a variety of roasters. I also picked up a bag of beans by Matchstick (local roaster).

I plan to go back on Monday and try out some more beans.
