quite surprise that they put Tanzania Ederlweiss as an espresso, it was quite low bodied this year. Tell me how you liked it!

Hi Marc,

Work in progress, I hope I'll do better with the second 1/2 pound.

I was alternating with Meritage so I'm not sure I remember correctly but I think it was creamy & light (17g of coffee / less than an ounce of beverage).

Taste I remember : like a rich lemon syrup, but with too much sour edge.

With similar (bright) coffees it seemed that a long rest (10 + days) helped.

ive tried both of these coffees

for the edelweiss, 198 degrees, 18gs, around 29 seconds

for the fincca, 198 - 199 degrees, 17gs, 24 seconds trying to get 1.5 + oz for a double

i got these recommendations from kaffe in ny which also sells ecco coffees

i enjoyed these coffees and am surprised these isnt more feedback on these on the site

let me know how these work out for you 8)

Thanks (again) Michael : You helped me last time I had a question about an Ecco espresso. Looking forward to trying your suggestions.
