To complicate things, they will push all the odler stuff first, and you have to dig or ask for Big Trouble roasted in September. Works in a pinch, but I'm a little salty about clerks telling me beans roasted on 9/4 are "just as good" as beans roasted a week ago.

I am aware. But they don't take paypal. If they did, I'd be all over it. I just pick them up when I get caught short.

For espresso, most CC coffees now require a finder grind
with slightly higher temps, because they are roasting everything
pretty light these days.(Maybe slow motion and 46 are exceptions.)

2:1 brew ratio is ok.

Their coffees now age pretty fast, I throw them in the freezer after a day or 2.

I doubt you would have good results with espresso after sitting on the shelf that long.

Expect nice, clean flavors for espresso, but not much in terms of heavy bodied , persistent crema shots.

I just tried the Miju Sali, I had decent results with espresso, but I had grind at the finest setting I could
get away with, and used what was a high dose for my setup.
