Well, ok, I ordered up some Terrior. No small quantities. 12 oz bags only. #@%@% ^%@^%!!!

1 703 Classic French Roast - GHH Select Whole Bean Roasted - 12 oz 11.95 11.95
1 720 Daterra, Calabria Style Espresso Whole Bean Roasted - 12 oz 13.95 13.95
1 712 Decaf Espresso North Italian - GHH Select Whole Bean Roasted - 12 oz (Just to keep on hand for my decaffeinated friends - may try blending some in to cut the caffiene)

Hopefully, it will arrive in a few days and I'll get to try it. Very exciting! (yes, I live a quiet life) 8)

Well, I've tried them all more than once now. VERY rich, intense flavors. Glad I tried them. Mr. Howell sells some very high quality coffee. Much more substantial than the Kiskadee or the Allegro that I've tried.

If I mix the classic french and the calabria espresso, that gets close to what I have in mind, but still not it exactly.

I've tried several different grind settings as well as two different tamping pressures. It is an interesting process. I need to do more experimentation to really be in command of how those variables affect what's in the cup, but I am gradually making a little progress toward understanding.

I've ordered several more varieties and we'll see how those are. 8)

I'll second the vote for Atomic. If you make it up to their Beverly shop, try to talk with the owners. They're great.

I'd also like to add Barismo (Arlington, MA) to the list. They are newer (only been selling for 8 or so months), but have consistently good stuff. I would recommend trying to stop by their store front, but I believe they also ship.
