They are all good roasters IMHO.

I would add 49th Parallel to the list. They are a bit more common but still very high quality coffee and consistent roasting.

Visited Trebilcock coffee, met the father and had a tour of the roastery and bought some coffee. Coffee was well roasted but a bit fruity for my taste (Cock's Crow), i will try the darkest roast they have next time.

Certainly a good roastery and very nice folks there.

What other coffees do you usually enjoy? The only time I've had a shot from Trebilcock I found the roast way too dark so I'm wondering if they started roasting lighter or if you simply enjoy very dark roasts.

I do enjoy very dark roasts, close to the second crack or at the second crack. Have been trying different coffees and some home roasted ones.

I tried cliffhanger by kickinghorse and it was so so.

They do have a lot of fruity coffees too, they have something for everyone!

i am still a huge fan of the Trebilcock and their Sidama Ardi in my moka pot and Mrs really enjoys their Big Rooster blend in her press. but this past holiday season i was gifted a bag of Amaro Gayo from a small local roaster (making big waves in the area). always excited to receive a gift of something new and exciting. i was wowed. it was a bullseye hit for my tastes. cocoa, caramel, blueberry/strawberry
they are over in Wakefield, QC. http://www.bluebarncoffee.com just across the river from me here in Ottawa, ON.
i've tried 4 of their offerings thus far (the three in the image here), and as delicious as they are, for me, my favourite remains the Amaro Gayo from Asnakech Thomas. but you would be hard-pressed to go wrong with any of these delicious roasts in your chosen brew method.
one persons taste preference doesn't always translate well for others, but these folks are doing a great job producing a truly delicious product. not hard to know that they put a lot of care and dedication into it, not to mention some quality beans too.
i'm more than happy to keep bluebarn in regular rotation for my morning moka pot cuppa. it really does make for a tremendous start to each day. and a great cup with the aeropress mid-morning, mid-day, after lunch, mid-afternoon, before dinner....

I get my beans at a local roaster https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restauran ... tario.html
They do supply other restaurants in the area but I have no idea if the deliver.
Always fresh. The Sumatra dark really shines in cappuccino

Reunuion Island Boa Vista

This is a crema bomb and not even listed under their espresso listing.
Syrupy and layered with caramel tones.

Between order and chaos there is espresso.
Semper discens.

Matchstick Coffee out of Vancouver. Lighter roasts with a typically bright front end that transitions into a sweet lingering finish with good depth.

Thanks to all for their suggestions. Looking forward to trying some out!
