I am using my new K30 and Lucca M58 machine. I used slightly less grind but the dialed in settings produce a great cup with wonderful rich, nutty, hint of sugar flavor. I have tried maybe six or so different beans and this might be my favorite so far. Purchased in Vancouver BC...

hm all i can get is a very sour espresso, basically no sweetness and nothing nutty. it's about 7 days old. i think i'm gonna let it rest a few more days and then try again. using a strega

Nice! I had one of their Kenya's (filter roast) and a pulped Natural brasil.. Really like the Barn's stuff.

sour? extract more.
barn's stuff is in most cases very lightly developed and hard to extract.
