Barefoot is Kickin Butt Lately - Page 2

I was down there in December, when they had the Aurelia. I purchased 3 pounds of coffee, and got my 3 shots. Element, Finca 408, and decaf Sumatra. The barista talked me into trying the decaf. I have never enjoyed decaf espresso, ever. Moreover, straight-up Sumatra is not my thing. I am into acid and fruit.

All 3 were exceptional. Great roasts at peak age, with 2 godshots and the other was nearly perfect, too. My standards are high. My expectations at Barefoot are very high. The Barista blew me away!

I tipped the equivalent cost of 3 shots. I could not accept such coffee for free.

The extraction pointers they gave me made for really fun "homework."

If Barefoot had been around last time I was job hunting, I might have ended up in the South Bay Area. I go there as often as possible when visiting my Mom and brother in Los Altos. It is worth the 10 minute drive.
