Nice! Let us know how it is.. I've been meaning to try them but am currently sitting on a small stash of Slate coffee.

[quote="jbviau"]^^^ Enjoying the coffee, Dave? I was impressed with Roseline's sampler--that Kenya especially.

Yes! Like you, I particularly like the Kenyan. Brewed with my Kalita 155, got some nice brightness (not acidic though) that came across to me as sweet lemon like. When I brewed it this AM using a Hario V60-0, entirely different ... not as bright and lacked that touch of sweet lemon. Go figure

I also liked the Colombian. Again, best with the Kalita.

Cheers!

Edit: The black tea notes the roaster speaks to with the Kena really came out using the V60, but I didn't get any of that with the Kalita.
Ciao,
Dave

Really enjoying the Honduran coffees this year from them.

I noticed that Heart has added a sampler to their roster of coffees. Four 8 oz. bags with three different assortments to choose from.

Heart Sampler

Nice to see, though I'd personally prefer smaller quantities. 2 lb. is a lot of coffee for me in one purchase.

^^^ Thanks again! Added. Agreed that a smaller amount per sample bag would be preferable, e.g. 4 oz.
