^^^ Sure thing!
Added S&W Craft Roasting, out of Coatesville, IN. Their sampler has four 4-oz. bags. This roaster seems new but posts quite a bit on r/coffee.

Hi, I'm Nick, one of the roasting partners of S&W Craft Roasting Ltd. We've been home-roasting for over a decade and just founded our commercial roasting business in September 2013. I'm not very social media literate, so we are a bit new to the scene and are just starting to develop our web presence and customer base, but we both live & breathe coffee! Our goal is to provide at-home consumers with direct access to fresh roasted specialty grade single origin coffees at under $1/oz. We work with several importers and are extremely particular about our bean selection, so we don't have an enormous catalog, and our offerings change with the harvests. You guys are espresso pros and we are big press/drip guys, but we did go through the Carl Staub school of espresso in Reno. We have one espresso-specific roast (Honduras COMSA) and are working on more. We roast in a 1993 Sasa Samiac GE10/12 which we refurbed and added some tech to. Orders ship next business day and the best option is Priority Mail, so the coffee will still be degassing when you get it. We love to talk coffee, so feel free to introduce yourself or ask questions.
Thanks to Joshua for putting us on your list, and feel free to ask me for coupon codes! Right now we are offering 10% off or free priority mail shipping for 3 lbs on /r/coffee.

Added Populace, out of Bay City, MI. The sampler just launched and has an interesting format: four 50-g. tins, with three roasted by Populace and one by a rotating guest roaster.

Dang--pretty cool. I'll have to remember when I need more coffee in a few years . I've got enough to caffeinate a small army!

I just picked up the Stone Creek sampler last week. I was very intrigued to experience the different processing methods side-by-side on the same bean. However, it was a very light roast and I found it very sour. Cool idea though. I definitely picked up more sweetness in the natural processed coffee.jbviau wrote:An article from Roast magazine's "Daily Coffee News" today made me aware of two little samplers that some of you might find interesting:
1. 1000 Faces--6 different FAF micro-lots: http://www.1000facescoffee.com/fazendaa ... lezamicro/
2. Stone Creek--3 different processing methods for the same Guatemalan coffee: https://www.stonecreekcoffee.com/mercha ... an-box-set
I'm a little over-stocked, but next week I'll consider picking up one of these.
Also, a heads up that Populace will soon be offering a sampler; for more, see here: http://populacecoffee.com/blogs/news/14 ... its-coffee
I would like to be able to get my hands on some green samples like this. 3 processes; one bean. Then roast it myself to experience the differences in roasting process to brewing and tasting.

Wow-like both those samplers. I'm way overstocked right now so I hope they are around in a few weeks.

We offer 1 bean, 2 processes, identical roast profile, with our Bali Natural Kintamani and Bali Blue Moon (washed), both Organic & RFA certified. The side-by-side cup comparison is amazing and they definitely roast differently! We use an identical profile and the natural is definitely darker and sweeter but they both taste great.
