Where to get good espresso in the Triangle

Hello!

I live in Apex, NC and lately many of the good independent shops have closed their doors. So where does one go in this area to get high quality espresso and coffee?

Coffeegeek has regional forums like US East. See this thread and this thread in particular. The closest shops I can recommend are Crema Coffee and La Farm Bakery. La Farm has fantastic pastries and breads, but they're still working out the kinks out of their cafe. It's still pretty good though.
