OK, to pull it back OT, on a recent visit to SF, I headed through the Embarcadero, and was just in too much of a hurry to catch the ferry to San Rafael to get a shot from Blue Bottle. What I did have time to notice is the dual machines they've got there - looked like a two or three group La Marzocco on the main side, then around the corner, a multi-group lever machine. The place was hopping (hence my time-constrained inability to get a shot), and I'm wondering if the folks in the line for lever-pulled drinks were in it only because the other side was equally crowded, or if they're just in-the-know. Either way, great to see.
