The real deal! I poured that latte and it is just one of the many marvels of the Velvet Foam! It won't spill, keeps your mouth from burning, and is very pleasant to the palate. It can be done with any kind of milk.

Another thing that will keep milk from burning your tongue is steaming it to the correct temperature and not ruining it.
