Anyone good with those phone shot compositions? Mine are horrible.

We need to chronicle this for the board. Ansel Adams, raise your hand!

Sadly I am unable to attend Joel's get-together so I had held off posting before now, but just wanted to say hi anyway. I am also in Tucson, semi-retired, living a couple miles north of UA. I moved here from Minnesota in '79 so would have enjoyed meeting Dave and of course Joel and the others attending. I've been roasting for many years (with usually mediocre results). After several pump machines I currently use a La Pavoni Pro and a great 20yr old Super Jolly which still purrs despite it's age. You all have an open invite to stop in and visit when in my part of town!

Regards,
Rich Estrem

We will toast you Rich, with one of our espressos. Greetings from St Paul.

Gentlemen/ladies,

Will need at least one additional knock box for Saturday. Can someone commit to bringing one?

I'll also need one or two folks here early for setup and advice on work flow.

Thanks.

Joel,
I'll be there about 10. Bringing two home-roasted Sweet Maria's coffees - classis espresso and liquid Amber.

Hi Joel,

I will be there at 9:30 to help with set-up. Sadly, I do not own a knock box.

I will hopefully know today if I'm able to make it. If I can, I have a larger knock box I can bring, and I can also come early to help setup and would be in for lunch. I will confirm either way though.
