Tim Hortons bans complaining customer

If the coffee is so bad there, why does he even want to go back? If I got banned from Starbucks for complaining about their coffee, I wouldn't bother fighting it. I can make better coffee at home. Sounds like he just likes to complain.

This sounds like a potential breakthrough. Instead of avoiding Starbucks by being the boring coffee Nazi, you can just tell your pals you're banned

Whats funny, is that the fella who was banned probably doesn't have a clue about fresh coffee, because if he did, he wouldn't expect Tim Hortons to serve anything remotely close to it. So if whatever he makes at home is that much better, I dont even want to know how bad it is at the restaurant.

I am surprised I wasn't banned form SB a couple of weeks ago after demanding that they remake my cappuccino twice. I watched the very young college part timer reheat the milk twice. More people should complain IMHO. I have been there the last time.

Maybe you need some getting-banned coaching? Some helpful hints:

1. "SWILL!"" (of course, shouted) By definition, it's objectionable, and it has effete, withering undertones. If served lukewarm, you may substitute "pond water."
2. Don't waste your time calling it "burnt." They might take it as a compliment.
3. More people might indeed complain, but don't skimp on preparedness. I always carry a few leaflets with the corporate phone numbers and the manager's home address.
4. For tough cases, refer to the barista's race, age, gender, or national origin.
