Terremoto just opened last week, currently pulling MadCap and Cultivar (Dallas) on espresso.
I went over there with a friend just to check out the golden slayer, but ended up having a really nice chat with the barista there.
Espresso was on point - I had the Cultivar which was a Guatemalan, but very citrusy, light-bodied with sweetness. My friend had Rwanda
from Madcap that he enjoyed and described as similar - grapefruit notes.

On 15th between 8th and 9th. Didn't snap a pic, but you can find them easily on instagram. Recommend swinging by, the main barista moved up from Dallas to manage the store. Genuinely warm hospitality that is few and far between in new york.
