This from New Zealand. Maybe someone local can comment. A change seemed in order to me, but...Oh, and the first time I read the term soft-brewing in this manner.

Note the TJ as their sample roaster in the last photo. Nice rebuild. I'd paint and finish the strand board personally. But everything else looks nice and clean and airy.

And not to many places where (if I am not mistaken), you can walk in off the street and see two VIbiemme espresso machines on display on a shelf
