Ok, I had to build a stand for the Pharos-o-matic. It's usually wall mounted. Now I'm ready for the Extravaganza!

So ... a tiny glitch .... the Ditting Swiss folks didn't get back to me quick enough to get my grinder serviced so its off the list. Almost all my grinders are hand grinders. I have an Elektra grinder but it can't be dialed in for a good pull on a lever (the irony) and I sold my Mazzer a while back so if anyone wants to bring an electric grinder, by all means please do. Also, I have 2 chemex's for pour over but no filters (I'm not much into pour over) so if anyone has some spares, please bring them.

FWIW I am traveling with a LIDO 2 with the old aggressive burrs. It's great for pourover. We should be able to stick around until at least 2:30. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Not sure why I'm drinking coffee this morning (Zambia), I should be pacing myself. I'm looking forward to this, I only wish that everyone who wanted to come could join, it's been quite a while since I've been to a coffee gathering such as this and it's a great chance to catch up.
