I can second the Cafe Delice recommendation (although I've only been there once). They use Intelligentsia.
Other places (e.g. the ubiquitous Bridgehead) can be hit-or-miss.
There's also a newer small independent roaster/cafe near Tunney's Pasture, http://www.happygoat.ca. Very fresh beans, always. His espresso blend doesn't quite do it for me, but I have enjoyed some of his other beans. A neat place to hang out, especially if the owner Pierre is in -- he loves to talk everything coffee.
