*My* Favorite Roaster, Coffea

It's a local shop http://coffearoasterie.com/ and they are very knowledgeable. I usually suggest everyone to them. Honestly, they are very out of place in SD with having a clover and roasting all their own beans. No one has to believe me, but it really is great stuff.

It's definitely a third wave roaster/cafe: high end coffees, compete in barista competition, give coffee classes. It's terrific to see that places like this are no longer just found in the larger towns.

I'm glad you checked it out jim. I didn't want to go too crazy trying to explain everything they do but they are very passionate about coffee and I think anyone that tries them will be very pleasantly surprised.

I have tried many high end espresso beans and just keep getting their espresso blend #1
