So earlier this week, I had an espresso at Handsome, near my place. For some reason it was particularly good. I asked what it was and they said it was Dandy. This was a coffee I have imbibed many, many times. Trying to figure out why it was different. I learned they were bought by Blue Bottle recently. The name hasn't changed by the staff has. And they started offering Blue Bottle micro roasts...

Blends morph. One crop ends and new year crop differs.
