Elektra Barlume Farewell (Brooklyn NY 09-01-2010)

Postby Juanjo on Thu Jan 07, 2010 11:41 am

Hi,
the Elektra is sold, but new owner allowed a farewell..

The original idea was to try it next to a Rancilio Z11.. "Lever vs Pump"
But UPS ruin the plans... :(

Oh, wow, that looks painful!

Hope you manage to get a good resolution from UPS.

And of course I hope you manage to give the Barlume the send-off it deserves.

Cheers

UPS must do daily pick up and drop offs at your place by now with all of the machines you go through.

I drooled over your Barlume since your first posting. If I could have, I would have struck a deal.
And ... I've been down that ugly road with UPS and my espresso machine. Took them to small claims and they made me look like a criminal. Good luck with UPS.
To all those don't have a silver spoon in their mouth, it's okay. Rusty forks get the job done too.
