Wanted to give them good marks, had a great shot of Ritual Evil Twin Espresso there the other day, but this morning the shot was crappy and the barista was leveling the filter basket back into the doser :shock: Too bad, the place was pretty cool otherwise.

That could be habit. As long as the habit is to clear the doser if it hasn't been used in a while, prior to dosing the next customer, no harm no foul.
