Coffee in Limerick & Dublin, Ireland

I'll be in Limerick, Ireland in July. Any coffee recommendations out there?
It seems I could take the train for a day trip in Dublin as well.
I'll probably pack my Hario mini & Aeropress and some of my own beans... been getting great Rao-style curves roasting in the C-C+ range on my Quest these days. But it would be nice to have a few special outings with the wife.
Thanks!

3FE is very good.
https://www.3fe.com
I went to coffeeangel in Dublin 2 on Sunday and had a good espresso. I think it's a bit of a chain? But good is good so...

I set out one day a while back to go through the cafes mentioned on this:
http://sprudge.com/dublin-5-cafes-41853.html
I didn't have much luck though so bailed on it after the second stop... Tamp & Stitch isn't where it is on the map, it's about a 10 minute walk away in Temple Bar... and it was closed when I went by... Indigo and Cloth down the street appears to be a women's clothing store with an espresso counter and no seating and I just wasn't feeling it so on I went... Maybe be a good stop with the wife though... I ended up in a place a few blocks away along the river on Wellington... Name might have had something to do with a dog... Can't remember... Anyway had a cappuccino there...
I've been by a few other decent spots downtown last summer whose names I can't recall either, Dublin is a great city to explore and I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding some great coffee as you get around.

Just had this list pop up on my feed...
http://lovindublin.com/best-of/top-10-c ... fee-dublin
I had a laugh at the introduction about a cup the author has at 'insomnia', a chain you are certain to see:
"I mean it was so bad I nearly wanted to spit it out on the floor but If I did it would probably have exposed the floorboards and stripped away the cement, it was that bitter"
Anyway... 3FE is top of their list and I know Kaph is a good spot, the rest certainly look to have promise... I will try to make it to a couple when I'm in Dublin again later this month and report back.
edit. I see now, reading closer, that you are interested in Limerick primarily - don't make it that way on my trips, sorry, hope the Dublin info isn't excessive though...
