I will be there. May I add a vegetable salad? Something baked ?
I can bring my HG One if there is interest.
Are we exploring brewing modes other than espresso machines?

Any interest in playing with Dark Matter coffees?

All gear and food are welcome. I personally like the barrel aged coffees from Dark Matter; but they're all good.

We do all kinds of coffee prep, although most of the interest is in espresso.

If Dark Matter has some fresh roasted, will pick up a couple of bags
Very much enjoy that company's coffees. The cafes are fun, too.

I roasted two coffees today, one of them being an Ethiopa Harrar.

The last time I roasted it it smelled like fruity pebbles and made just the largest blueberry bomb ever, this time I got distracted and let it go a little long. If its still fruity enough I'll bring it, if not I'll find something else.

Do we need another grinder? I would prefer not to haul a Robur, but can bring it if need another grinder.

You should haul the Bosco instead

I have a Pharos and Lido-E I plan on bringing so this way people can get a workout in and earn their shots.

LOL!

I am definitely going to bring a Portaspresso Rossa and Rosco, but can also bring Robur if we need another electric grinder. Were you going to bring your EspressoForge?

Thanks Vlad, but no need. The K10 can handle all the routine, general purpose grinding, with the usual drill -- single dosing at one grind setting, noting what dose weight each machine/basket combo likes. The manual grinders do best when set for specific machines and coffees.

I'll have the Strega, and if needed, the Semiautomaticas. But mostly people love to pull shots on levers of all kinds, so bring as many as you can. Does anyone have a Ponte Vecchio or Riviera style group? -- never tried one of those. But all and any gear is welcome.
