I'm in (looks to Sherman and sticks out thumb). I'll bring my Arrarex Caravel.

Edit:
Oh, if someone happens to have a tamper that'll match the Caravel, please bring it along.
If your tiny coffee is so great, then why don't you drink more of it?

43.5mm seems to be the size most are. The baskets are tapered, so there's some wiggle-room on that size.

I'm heading out from the NW side of Chicago. Anyone else (besides UltramaticOrange) need a ride?

Just roasted one of my favorite coffees this year, Ethiopia Sidamo Guji. It will be 3.5 days post roast on Saturday morning, just about ready to drink. Michael, please feel free to add it to the list.

Cheers!

Nice Bloody Mary! Look forward to talking a little roasting. Great looking roaster too.

Yes, an auspicious once in a century day for pi, and therefore, for pie. Accordingly, I am bringing Edgar Roses Pecan pie.
ER was a Chicagoan who roped family and friends into obsessive experiments with every Pecan pie recipe he could lay his hands on until he arrived at what he considered to be the ultimate pie. Participants tomorrow may judge his efforts.
Trust your taste. Don't trust your perception.

I'm not attending but if you could advance the start time a little over 30 minutes you could start at 3.141592653. I plan on talking a picture of me eating a slice of apple pie in front of a clock at 9:26:53 AM CST. The final piece will be a calendar in the background with the date July 22 circled.
Or is that too much nerd?

I've been pushing for Pi Approximation Day since 2008 to no avail. Let's make it happen!
