As far as I know, it was either missing payrolls and bouncing checks or shutting down entirely, after he expanded too fast. AFAIK, everything is back to normal now.

There's way more besides the coffee shops, he's a douche in general, even abused his ex wife. My biz friends up there think he's a laughing joke. Theres also a suit by employees filed few weeks ago for unpaid wages still and withholdings. But he doesn't act sorry or anything, total Narcissist, hate people like that... would love to crack him in the face lol

Have fun! We had three little kids in tow, so were a little limited... but one of the best places we ate that they also liked was the Little Goat Diner. It's hard to find a place that adults and a 5 year old might like. I had to order the $10 milk shake just for the inflation on top of the Pulp Fiction reference.
