This sounds like a lot of fun. I would like to see and experience both the Espro and the Solo.
Other than the PVE and the Baratza Vario is there any other equipment I should bring? I could bring some hand grinders which we could disassemble and evaluate from both an engineering (interesting stuff) and tasting perspective (from yum to yuk).
Also I had planned to bring some munchies from Whole Foods. Anything special needed to round out the menu - sandwiches, pastries etc.?
Cheers
Geoffrey

Sounds like a lot of great coffee! Are you sure we are going to have enough?

Wow, what a great time.
I had fun sharing the lever and the homeroasting experience.
Thanks to our wonderful host, who provided a great venue and fantastic food.
I have a few pictures to upload later...

Arpi (Rafael), thanks so much for hosting us. It was a lot of fun, and also a learning experience. Let's do it again sometime soon. By the way, the paella was so delicious
Allon, thanks for letting us use your CMA lever machine. That was very addictive, and the shots were amazing.
