This sounds like a lot of fun. I would like to see and experience both the Espro and the Solo.

Other than the PVE and the Baratza Vario is there any other equipment I should bring? I could bring some hand grinders which we could disassemble and evaluate from both an engineering (interesting stuff) and tasting perspective (from yum to yuk).

Also I had planned to bring some munchies from Whole Foods. Anything special needed to round out the menu - sandwiches, pastries etc.?

Cheers

Sounds like a lot of great coffee! Are you sure we are going to have enough? :)

Wow, what a great time.

I had fun sharing the lever and the homeroasting experience.
Thanks to our wonderful host, who provided a great venue and fantastic food.

I have a few pictures to upload later...

Arpi (Rafael), thanks so much for hosting us. It was a lot of fun, and also a learning experience. Let's do it again sometime soon. By the way, the paella was so delicious :D

Allon, thanks for letting us use your CMA lever machine. That was very addictive, and the shots were amazing.

Had a great time! Roasted coffee with 3 different methods. Tried many espressos. Met new friends!
