I visited Kyoto Japan last week and by chance happened upon what is now my favorite coffee shop ever -- % Arabica. It's got the look, branding, attention to detail, and most importantly the coffee to become something bigger. If I had one of these here in the Bay Area I think I'd be spending a lot of time ( and $$$) there...

One of the cool things they do is not only roast their own beans, but roast small batches to order while you wait. How cool is that!

Been following them on Instagram and they're definitely doing some great things. Interesting that they use a Versalab instead of something a little more commercial friendly.

Not in use the two times I visited; hoppers empty.
