When standing in the main hall, facing the tracks (on the upper level), go close to the tracks without entering. Turn right and go straight towards Lexington (through the Greybar Passage). Joe is on your right as you walk towards the Lexington Ave exit.

I'd like to mention another map here by my friends Anne and Neil. It needs to be updated a little (they haven't added Ground Support yet), but it has more than 60 cafes in New York.
