I'd like to mention another map here by my friends Anne and Neil. It needs to be updated a little (they haven't added Ground Support yet), but it has more than 60 cafes in New York.

Thanks, there's more discussion of Anne and Neil's blog in Best Espresso Shot and Beans in NYC? and lots of threads on NYC cafes. So as not to derail Abe's thread, I respectfully ask that future posters start their own threads or reply to a more general one.
