Below is an OE Pharos, #334, that is in excellent mostly stock condition. I've replaced the locking collars with a single collar like later Pharos (Phari?) had. This really is the only way to go. Very simple to make tiny changes to grind-settings. I'm including the two original locking hardware, as well as a hex wrench that fits the new collar.

One other mod I did was to put a stubby metal screw up through the center of the rubber plug/stopper. This was done to just widen the stopper at the base to prevent it from getting pushed up inside the internal funnel. Works great!

The Pharos has only been a weekend grinder, for those weekends I've made espresso. (Other times, and during the week, its pourover/drip ground with a Lido.) The burrs are in like-new condition.

A second item shown here is the Voodoo Daddy bolt covers. I kept mine stock, but these are an optional mod, for whomever would like to go that route.
