I will not be able to get these back together. I am selling an old Salvatore plumb-in and a La Pavoni two switch Europiccola.
These machines will be sold to a qualified person in Western Wisconsin or the Twin Cities area.
The are also many consumer espresso machine pumps, switches, PID, Computer for Salvatore, wiring, Temp sensors, etc.
Both machine's parts are cleaned and mostly ready to reassemble with provided replacement parts. There are photos of Salvatore innards before take down. It may be rebuilt as a reservoir machine should you wish, parts furnished. There is a new custom base for the Europiccola, the old one rotted out.
