I am selling a Bezzera Strega Tank-Fed Lever Espresso Machine that is in excellent condition. For those who have read the reviews on the forum, this is the configuration that you want for the Strega. The pump on the machine feeds the cylinder, allowing pressure profiling and pre-infusion. The pump automatically starts when the lever is down and stops when the lever is brought upwards. You get to decide if you want to keep the lever down for 3-6 seconds for a traditional tasting lever shot or 6-10 seconds for a more full bodied shot. I am including the original double and single spout portafilter, double and single basket and a bezzera bottomless portafilter (tough to find). I also replaced the cheap stock shower screen with an espressoparts HQ screen that is much easier to remove. This machine comes with all instructions and paperwork. I have only used the machine for about 6 months and it has be kept in excellent condition. There are some light scuffs from normal use that are hard to see. There is a small scratch on the front panel that can be buffed out and very small but I wanted to show a picture of it for full disclosure. Please PM me with any questions.

I am asking 1300. Buyer pays actual shipping costs shipped here in USA. I accept paypal only to a confirmed address.

For clarification sake since it could potentially be misconstrued by a potential buyer, this version of the Strega, un modified, has only active pre-infusion, (there's no tank with line pressure), so your only pre-infusion is the water in the group falling onto the puck as it rapidly ramps up to full pump pressure, usually set quite high, at around 10 bar.

With the cheap pump mod, this is fully capable of profiling the pre-infusion ramp pressure.
