This looks pretty interesting. I imagine after you get the ball rolling and a bit of practice, it's not that hard to make.

It does look quite interesting and useful, but this one sentence has me concerned! Do I really want to copy Starbucks flavors?

I saw this too, the method looks pretty straightforward, I imagine you could use this to make rose water, something I may need to try. I wonder how using this on star anise would work out too.
