Wow, that is quite a tight fit, but it would still make for a smaller travel kit.

I've been using the Hario Slim I found at a thrift store at work a lot lately with the AeroPress and the Coava Coffee 008 disk, I really love the full bodied coffee that I get this way. Don't have to worry about running out of filters either, just coffee.

One thing to be careful of is leaving smelly coffee grounds in the trash can of your hotel room... I heard one travel tell the story of being charged for smoking in a non-smoking room based on the mistaken identification of the odor left in the room. I'm sure that the garden or planter can benefit more from the grounds then the trash anyway.
