I'm not a Turkish brewer myself, but this machine does seem to make a case for the style at least as far as convenience is concerned. It seems only to have been mentioned here once before in reference to its appearance at SCAA 2013, so I figured i'd post for those interested: a company called Kafette is importing these for the US market, modded to run on 110v. Marketing will intentionally deemphasize "Turkish" to subvert potential latent ethnic misgivings, with hopes that the US embraces it as simply "Kafette." Wholesale units will be $99, retail $150 i think.
