So after reading and hearing advice from many on this forums and others I worked on getting consistent with the Kalita Wave. Done! (not saying I am perfect but I do get a good consistent cup with almost every coffee...with the occasional user-blunder once every bit)

So now I just received my first Hario V60 in the mail and am going to try that later today.

Aside from pouring differences, and a bit finer grind than a Kalita (of course all generalities!) would there be a difference in dosing ratio from Kalita to V60 for same size serving?
