Re Synesso.
I have several LM's, a Slayer, 2 Mirages,
and a Synesso.
All machines can have their quirks - pro's and cons.
I have never found a perfect machine, and indeed find many machine builders to be sloppy in their work even when getting paid exorbitant amounts for the end product. But, as I said, there is good and bad in each.
I like the Synesso for many reasons, however this has been our findings regarding probs so far:
Pump relay failure. Machine 2 weeks old.
Computer board total failure. Machine 6 weeks old.
Water mix toggle switch. Failure at 3 weeks old.
Restrictor failure. Machine 7 weeks old.
Boiler fill valve failure. Machine 8 weeks old.
Plenty of steel cuts whilst working on this machine!!
Five Senses have been very good in helping out with all these issues, so full credit to them for that.
So, in general we have had very good results of LM, and Synesso, but just a bit gobsmacked by the amount of problems too.
However, someone needs to sort high end equipment out properly before releasing onto the market and allowing us to be guinea pigs. Again. We all had enough of that with the Slayer.

Our Mirages have been about as good as you can get with a HX machine.
Still, we have had a computer board failure at 2 weeks old. A timer switch at 1 week old.
I have been wondering for awhile now about the quality of electrics over the past few years.
Gone are the days when brain boards had a normal life of 10 years plus it seems.
