In the process of doing a long over due tear down and clean up of my old Livietta espresso machine, I wound up breaking the pressure fitting for the silicone tube. I am wondering if anyone knows what this fitting is called and if they know where I can find the part.... I have been having a lot of trouble with this one......

My machine is apart so I stole a picture on this site (sorry to the owner) to illustrate the connection I am referring too.

here is the fitting:

Thank you,

Hello:

If I'm not mistaken, this is a nut for a Serto fitting.

Check with/write to these guys:

Ask for US distributors.

Try Home Depot.

Or try Cerini Coffee, which is the U.S. distributor for Olympia Express machines. That Livietta is a rebranded Olympia Express Maximatic.

Added: The fitting looks fine and what needs replacement is the PTFE tube with stents that connects to that fitting.

What I WOULD do for a good cup of coffee!

No problem. Sorry to hear about your troubles.

I'd PM erics:

http://www.coffeeparts.com.au/misc/fittings, 552273 and 547242, nut is 700000, all to go with 6mm hose http://www.coffeeparts.com.au/misc/hoses 560048. You'll need 2 sets of fittings plus the hose. USA suppliers using the Nuova Ricambi catalogue (Espressoparts?) should have them.

The knowledge base on this forum never ceases to amaze me!!!! Thank you all so much! I am now on my way to getting my espresso back!

Alan, I will ask Espresso parts (used them a bunch already) but also asked your guys how expensive it would be to ship to me.

Eastside- thanks for the loan of the pic.... The machine runs great when I don't get in its way :)
