I think the La Marzocco Linea Mini is one of the best looking machines out there.
And it makes good espresso.

What grinder do you have ?

I'm about to pull the trigger on a speedster - I'm also coming from a VBM Super.

Maybe something lesser or around the same price as a Linea mini?
Need one that can continuously brew for 2 hours or more...

I assume looking for direct connect capability to avoid having to constantly fill tank over and over. Besides direct connect what are you looking to gain from upgrade? During 2 hours or more of back to back beverages what typical type of beverage, how much of it milk steaming?

yea. direct connect. usually milk based, so I will need a DB, I can used up to 4-5 gallons of milk...
Would Linea mini be good? Been reading up on some machines but all seems kinda similar to domobar...

Actually double boiler versus HX not really relevant for steaming lots of milk in heavy production. Need machine with 3 plus liter steam boiler to keep up whether HX or DB, the bigger the better. You're looking at commercial use needs not home.
