Vibiemme Replica Commercial Espresso Machine

Postby Heckie on Fri Jul 01, 2011 3:57 am

Curious... Anybody ever get to tinker with any of the Vibiemme Commercial machines aka the Replica (E61 group version). I've had my eyes on the Vibiemme Super for a while (for home use). After being initially introduced years ago to the early Brewtus machines, and then later on to the prehistoric Faemas (yeah I know I'm chronologically impaired, but hey time is relative), I have since taken a liking to the idea of an E61 machine in a commercial setting.
Was wondering specifically if anyone has used the Vibiemme commercial machines and your experience?

No proper designation for the machine; no links to it; no reply. Maybe a mind reader who's using the machine will respond.

Vibiemme never had an importer for commercial units in the US,
at least not a big official one,
there are however a lot in europe,
they are good and easy to work on and not too far away from faema, infact you can read about the splitting when faema went belly down and so on

company like us or 1st-line deals with the home lines,
but as usual some commercial units made it to the states,
parts are fairly common with as usual body parts

@Jim If you have no useful information please spare me the irreverence, it doesn't nurture or encourage the learning process. Moving on... Thanks Stefano, so I take it you haven't specifically used the Vibiemme Replica E61. I can post a link to Vibiemme's site but the website is designed with flash and has no direct url to link to the specific page for the machine. One would have to navigate through their website to get to the specs and pics of the Replica. I was aware you guys sold the home machines but didn't see any info regarding the commercial units on your website, and I was generally trying to get some feedback on user experience with the specific machine. Thanks for your insight!
