I have the opportunity to purchase a Victoria Arduino lever machine but have absolutely no clue if this would be a good buy the machine is missing parts, also there is a grinder that comes with the machine .

My questions are from looking at the pictures

1 what model is this machine
2 can I still get parts for this machine
3 is there someone that could service this machine in the Toronto area?
4 what would be a reasonable price to pay and what would a machine like this be worth in good working order

Thank you very much for all your help

Chris

It isn't a lever machine ... and Zuccarini's on Davenport handles VA. No idea about anything else, except that the model number sticker is showing in the photo :D

I would send these pics to the company in an email...they will probably be able to give model, age, etc.

They want 1800 for both the machine and the grinder

Personally I wouldn't do it, that seems like too much money for the risk involved in used commercial equipment.

But then again, you are asking a forum of lever machine enthusiasts about a pump machine, so I may be biased :)

I live in the GTA and there are plenty of refurbished commercial pump machines going for less than that. Unless you have a particular attraction to this one and are willing to invest a considerable amount in its refurbishment, then I would say bad buy.
