Hi all,
I currently have the EM-100C from Cuisinart and I was looking to upgrade. I was offered the Isomac Venus for $250 and I'm trying to figure out if this is a good deal or if I should make a counter offer.
Are there any known problems with the machine and would anyone here recommend it? I'm kind of clueless when it comes to espresso machines, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
George
p.s. I'm not looking for a high end machine, as for grinder I have the SAECO CA6805/47 with which I'm pretty happy so far.

Well it's fairly basic, in Silvia territory, perhaps a little better in some respects....depends how old it is and how well it's been looked after. I personally would offer $200 and work my way up from there if needed.
This is a review of one I did some 8 years ago....there is the specification sheet and lots of photos as well (some of the internals)
