Does a coffee grinder that produce uniform grinding without fines exist under a 1000$?

Not for $1000, not for $10000. Coffee is brittle, and breaking brittle stuff necessarily creates smaller particles.

Or to Andre's question, with "few" fines. Then you're really talking about a list of good drip grinders, aren't you? I.e., Bunnzilla, Baratza Virtuoso, etc.
