State of the art equipment for a roasting house?

Hi All,

So we are setting up a new roasting house and were curious as to what equipment is being used by the good roasting houses at the moment.

This is our list.

A Roaster(of-course)

A Afterburner
A moisture meter
Color meter
VST refractometer
Rocket R58

What else?

A cupping/brew grinder; and a separate espresso grinder.

Scale. A weigh and fill is awfully handy if you are filling bags, although not totally necessary.

Bottomless Portafilter - Just for fun - not necessarily needed, and somewhat irrelevant. But why not - it's always fun to watch something you created come out so beautiful.

Scale ! i knew i was forgetting something, as we are fairly new we might not get the weigh and fill just yet but probably in the future we might consider getting it.

Pretty handy i reckon, specially for all things that are not espresso.
